It’s already August. Lots of sunny days, the end of the school year and it’s holiday time for most of you we hope. July was a very social month for the LiveWell team! We hosted our first-ever Twitter chat in conjunction with the release of a unique shopping guide to a healthy, sustainable life.

A guide to a healthy, sustainable life

We have produced a wallet-size foldable shopping guide based on the LiveWell six messages to adopt a healthy, low-carbon diet. We hope you will be inspired in your consumption choices by the LiveWell principles! Click here to have a look at our LiveWell shopping guide.

#LWchats14

We hosted our first ever LiveWell Twitter chat on July 30 – A guide to a healthy sustainable life: How to adopt the LiveWell diet in six steps. It was a great success and exceeded our expectations: a varied range of people interested in sustainable consumption joined the conversation, sharing their ideas, insights and generating a very tasty debate. Tesco, Euro Commerce, FCRN, Eating Better, Nestlé, Food Ethics Council and the Soil Association to name a few. Follow #LWchats14 to discover when the next LiveWell chats will take place.

July was also quite an active month for food bloggers around the world. So relax and have a bite of today’s Special! My plate consists in a fine selection of the freshest and yummiest food blogs from July. Help yourself!

And, please do not forget to follow us on Twitter @LiveWellFood if you have an appetite for change!
